Tongan Princess Visits Utah

HRH Angelika Latufuipeka Lavaka Ata Tukuaho, Princess of Tonga, visited the Headquarters of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Utah recently.

The Princess was in Utah for a book signing for her first publication, "Ko e Ngafa 'o e fefine pea mo e Tangata Tonga.”

She also visited with the Mayor of Provo, Michelle Kaufusi, as well as leaders from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints: Elder Brent H. Nielson, President Camille N. Johnson, Sister J. Anette Dennis, and Sister Kristen M. Yee.

Over a luncheon, the group listened to music provided by Tabernacle Orchestra at Temple Square violinist Meredith Campbell, accompanied by Bonnie Goodliffe.

Several members of the Tongan community in Utah also attended the luncheon to welcome the Princess.

The Princess also visited the Family History Library, the largest genealogical facility in the world.
