“Festival: A Youth Concert” is a Church-wide global event designed to strengthen faith in Jesus Christ through music.

Young people in Tonga recently organized a concert which included local teenagers singing songs from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints’ youth albums.

The concert incorporated photo booths, a 360-camera station, food vendors, special concert lighting, and more.

Local Church leader, President Poutele Fonua, attended the event, which was held at the 'Atele Indoor Stadium.

One young attendee, Karen Loto’ahea said, "The messages in each song deepened my faith in Jesus Christ. This was truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience."

Another guest, Patriola Tukuafu, said, "Preparing as a lead singer took a lot of effort, including fasting and prayer. Tonight was so much fun, and I hope our songs inspired everyone."
