Young Australians Prepare for Faith’s General Conference

Latter-day Saints and others prepare for this weekend’s global gathering

Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and interested friends are anticipating viewing the 190th Semiannual General Conference, held 3-4 October.

In the midst of global challenges, Church leaders will share the Saviour’s messages of love, hope, understanding and peace. The conference theme will be “Peace in Christ.”

Church conferences provide an opportunity to receive personal revelation as living prophets and apostles give counsel and direction.

Jillian Foster and Bruce Coitinho Paz, young adults from Sydney, Australia, share how they are preparing to receive guidance and comfort from viewing general conference.
