Speaking yesterday of the international aid that flooded into Samoa after 2008's devastating earthquake and tsunami, Samoa Head of State, His Highness Tui Atua Tupua Tamasese Efi told KSL Television: "We will always be grateful to the way people responded from all over the world."
KSL reports that while in Utah this week the Head of State says he wants "to learn the source of love and loving that motivates the community to do so much not only amongst themselves but all over the world."
