Many of the half million members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints living in the South Pacific will take part in the faith's semiannual general conference in the coming days.
The conference is held in Salt Lake City, United States in the Church's Conference Center where approximately 21,000 people attend in person each of the six sessions over two weekends.
Millions more around the world tune in via TV, radio, Internet and satellite broadcasts.

Five more sessions will take place this weekend (30 September and 1 October) in Salt Lake City.
Many Latter-day Saints in this part of the world will watch the sessions the following weekend (7-8 October) in meetinghouses. Others will watch or listen in their homes.
Conference sessions include music by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir, and other choirs, Church business and announcements, and sermons by leaders including modern-day prophets and apostles.
Sermons and music are focused on the restored gospel of Jesus Christ and practical advice for indviduals and families.
