"Womanhood forms my identity as a daughter of God, with an important role in His plan," Meredith Norman reflected. "We possess unique gifts and talents that are irreplaceable, allowing us to make meaningful contributions to the world." Meredith is an Interim Area HR Manager for the Pacific Area of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

"To understand the influence of women, we need only look at our own mothers," she remarks gratefully. "Through values of service, sacrifice, faith, and unconditional love, my mum has shaped who I am and who I aspire to become."
