    Auckland Symphony Orchestra and Latter-day Saint Choir Perform at Auckland Town Hall

    Mix of traditional carols and contemporary songs delight audience

    Conductor Peter Thomas led the Auckland Symphony Orchestra and a choir from The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints tonight at the annual Christmas celebration at Auckland Town Hall.

         

    Guest conductor Ivoga Green conducted several numbers and soloists also performed with the orchestra and choir.

       

    After the concert the choir and several members of the orchestra performed three songs outside near the Christmas tree in Aotea Square.
