Feinga Fanguna, a Tongan member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, credits God-given talent as well as much time and effort learning his trade for his wood carving success.
With the wood carving talent he has developed, Feinga has been able to support his wife, children and three other children in his care, and travel internationally representing Tonga at carving and art festivals. Featured in “Portraits of Faith” at LDS.org, Feinga said, “We are blessed in many ways. Our relatives think we’re rich. We’re not, but we have everything we need because we put God first.”
