"Fiji's interim government plans to supply every village in the country with two sewing machines," ABC Radio Australia reported today.
The report continues: "They are on track with a recent donation of 500 electric machines from China. Most of the 1,170 villages in Fiji have either a hand or treadle machine courtesy of donations from All China Women's Federation, the Indian government and the Latter-day Saints."
