"The daily 200-metre walk to fetch water will now be over for residents of Vacunimata after a new 10,000-litre water tank was installed in the settlement," reports the Fiji Times this week.

"Speaking on behalf of his fellow residents, Apisalome Lovo said those days of hardship were certainly over."
The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints donated the water tank to the villagers as part of its worldwide clean water initiative.
