Latter-day Saint Youth Give Humanitarian Service in Fiji

A group of teens between the ages of 16 and 19 traveled from the United States to Muana Village, Toga in Rewa to take part in the Humanitarian Experience for Youth (HEFY), according to a report in the Fiji Times this week.

The HEFY projects engage young participants in humanitarian work to build classrooms, homes, orphanages, health clinics and other beneficial facilities.

Many of the participants in the Fiji project are members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
