“The Pacific Area is a remarkably diverse area,” Elder Dallin H. Oaks says in a new video from his 2013 visit to Samoa, New Zealand, and Australia.
Speaking of the growth of the Church and the approximately half a million Latter-day Saints in the Pacific region, he said, “The overall impression I have is . . . the strength of the Church is not at headquarters. It’s out among the people.”
