Referring to President Russell M. Nelson's address at the Church's October 2023 General Conference, Elder Jaggi encouraged the young people to adopt an eternal and Christ-centred perspective as they moved forward in their lives.

"President Nelson is inviting us to elevate our vision," Elder Jaggi said.

"We think more Celestially when we are in the Celestial Room of the Temple. You can all be there when you desire to make and honour covenants in the House of the Lord."

Elder Jaggi said that Jesus invited the Nephites to make and keep temple covenants, as found in 3 Nephi in The Book of Mormon: Another Testament of Jesus Christ.

He stated that God's law of obedience, sacrifice and the law of the gospel are found in 3 Nephi 11. The law of chastity is found in 3 Nephi 12:27-29, and the law of consecration can be found in 3 Nephi 13:33.

Elder Jaggi encouraged the young people to put God first in their lives by making and keeping sacred covenants with Him, and by following His beloved Son, Jesus Christ.
