    Cook Islands Church Leader Writes About 'Hope and Forgiveness'

    Tamatoa Jonassen, a leader in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, recently wrote for the Cook Islands News.

    "The gospel is a message of hope. This good news is centred around the life, ministry, teachings, death, burial, and resurrection of Jesus Christ, he wrote.

    Jonassen, is President of the Avarua Cook Islands District of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints.
