    BYU Professor Interviewed on ABC Radio National

    “They were basketball players and Mormon missionaries who brought the sport to Australia to spread the message of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in the 50s,” begins the introduction to this week’s ABC Radio National program ‘The Spirit of Things.’  

    The program introduction continues: “Historian and film maker Professor Fred Woods of Brigham Young University, Utah, tells the story of their remarkable success, leading up to the ’56 Olympics.”
