“The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints will again show their community spirit and support for American Samoa's Flag Day by performing a service that many times goes unnoticed,” according to a report today [17 April 2013] in the Talanei Insider.
“They will picking up trash at the venues of this year's Flag Day celebrations. The LDS Church has performed this community service at big public gatherings, especially during Flag Day festivities.”
